I prefer Wavy Lays with Dean's French Onion Dip. Dean's is delicious.

Mole

Underrated because it’s not found often enough at Mexican restaurants.

Underrated #2 on the Mexican theme: black beans (better than refried)

In the States, Canned or tinned fish. I'm talking about tuna, salmon, sardines, herring, smoked trout, mackerel. There's some really good stuff out there.

Now that Lent is here, I forgot how much I love British style fish and chips. Hit it with some salt, pepper, lemon and malt vinegar..nice treat.

Tuna Salad is underrated for sure. I also really like tuna in a bowl of Mac & Cheese, extra cheese and a healthy squirt of sriracha

Any brand recommendations? I've never gotten real excited about chicken of the sea.

Yup, Wild Planet puts out really good products. King Oscar is good for sardines and mackerel because it’s in most major stores, but you can easily order other products online.
If you’re around a Trader Joe’s they have a good selection. The tuna filets from Kroger’s private selection brand has been my most recent favorite.

We put a tray of these out just about every Christmas Eve for our party and more adults eat them than the kids!

Similarly, mini pigs and blankets made from lil smokies get devoured every time.

In fact, the casual not-from-scratch party foods have been far more popular in my experience than the "fancier" foods.
