I had an idea for an app where you tell it what body fat % you want and it sets your appetite accordingly. I just have to tweek the science part.

either a glp1 like semaglutide or mounjaro or if you dont want to go that route then you will need to go stimulant route of ephedrine/caffeine.

The only thing missing in this answer is willpower. These are a good start until you can find some of that though.

I dont think anything on earth could suppress my appetite once I start eating lots of carbs. I could house a pizza in 15 minutes that is more than my total daily calories on keto

Willpower aint sustainable. I just dont think anyone can go months being super hungry all the time.

Correct. And one of the reasons massive protein increase is the key

Berries - strawberries, blue berries, black berries all have next to no calories and fill you up decently.

Not really true. Ever seen My 600 Pound Life? Those who have willpower to follow a regiment will succeed, those who don't, will fail.
Motivation isn't sustainable, but will power is. Literally by definition.

I would love to see the science on this, because most studies I've seen point to ego depletion theory being correct.

its discipline and routine that gets you through, not will power. will power and motivation will 100% come and go.

I just picture Bert Kreischer and say these magical words and then I go work out.
