Kenner Police say some juveniles have racked up multiple felony charges, ranging from weapons possession and gun discharges to property crimes.

“It’s a challenge to us, because we can arrest that juvenile and they’re out the next day,” Conley said. “But as they get more and more brazen, our fear is it’s not going to be long before they take a life or kill a police officer.”
