“The department said an arrest warrant has been obtained for Bailey on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder, aggravated battery reckless discharge of a firearm at a parade and illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile.
Bailey is described as 5-foot-4 and weighing 110 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.“
