Good. There should be no ropes, tents, or block-offs allowed. Blanket and chairs sufficient. Ladders should be well in the back at least 10 ft off of the curb.

For a day like Sunday when you have parades all day and night, a small pit is pretty normal. As long as people clean up their stuff, who cares?

A couple hours after the last parade you can hardly tell there was ever a parade. They do a very good job cleaning up right behind the last parade.
