It's for the Palestinian 17 year old that was killed in the Westbank.
EDIT: forgetting that there's a West Bank in the middle east.
The kid was born and raised in New Orleans. He was visiting family in the West Bank in the middle east.

He was on the other side of the country from the Gaza Strip, on the West Bank (used to belong to Jordan, I believe.)
Allegedly, he was taking part in a protest and throwing rocks. He was shot in the head, so that seems more intentionally than unintentionally. But who fricking knows? The Israelis are almost as full of shite as Hamas is, so it's hard to tell what the truth is.

These idiots need a about a half dozen gravel trucks to plow through them and then say, "What were they doing driving 5 or 10mph? It's a terrible tragic accident that seems like could have been avoided. The speed limit is 60 mph!"
