No facilities, lots of coaching turn over, playing at an old rundown park in the hood, BRCC doesn’t really recruit and has a very small budget compared to other Juco teams.

I agree, I could see them actually doing away with the program all together.
Bill Dailey would be a great hire and definitely was in the running for it the last time they hired. He likely isn’t interested this time unfortunately. There’s no way this AD hires the best guy.
It’s a sad situation. So much talent so close and they go to Mississippi JUCOS and it’s obvious why. They are much nicer and way better equipped. Just look at Delgado and Nunez, they beat the pants off of BRCC on and off the field

Yes the BRCC coach is gone after two very bad seasons. I think his record was something like 10-80.They are a terribly coached team with a few guys who can play pretty good ball. Let’s hope they can get the right guy in there this time. I’m not optimistic. It’s gonna be tough
All fronts is a little too much for me. While I agree with you the administration has done a great job, I think we might be letting them off a little too easy on these negotiations. They have stalled enough. I’m certain Trump and his team know this and aren’t going all out for a reason.
Regardless I think Trump did what was needed by going after them and I hope he can put this mess to rest soon.

I agree, they have had two weeks to respond and now they need just one more day? Come on. They are just buying time and making Trump look foolish. You can’t keep giving deadlines and then crawfish on the deal. And who knows if any real progress is being made, the reports have been all over the place. It’s time to make something happen

I dont think hes given up.Disappointed and aggravated for sure. Recruiting in the NIL era has changed sports. Hes missed on a few guys and you dont have guys that want to play for LSU because they love LSU like we had before. Now they come to LSU for a paycheck and roll out.
Its tough to build a team and have chemistry with guys who play here a year maybe two let alone develop a guy for 3-4 years. All that said Jay Johnson is a top coach in college baseball period. Im glad to have him. There will be down years. Lets see how we respond to it

BRCC cant compete with the local high school teams in the area. It looks like they are playing LSUE this weekend. Its sad really, they should be a much better program. What a shame

Its a combination of many things poor coaching, facilities, lack of continuity in coaching ,not much of a budget for recruiting or resources, etc. There are some good players there but not enough to field a team. Its a shame because there is tons of talent around BR. You can tell they are not coached very well but who wants to go to the hood and coach a 3-36 team

There's no way Iran is dumb enough to lose mines and i would hope the US isn't dumb enough to believe this. There seems to be a pattern of Iran delaying negotiations. If this report is accurate, they are making us look like fools and surely the guys handling this realize this. I mean i see it and I'm just some guy. Long story short its got to be BS

Our military can easily kick the shite out of anyone, achieve any objective on the battlefield, and destroy the enemy, the problem is we will never have long term success in the middle east because this is what they do. We cant kill what they believe, and they believe it more deeply than any other religious culture. They care less than the oil than we do, human life means less, the only thing they care about is imposing their beliefs on others. They have the stomach for this. We do not. We want instant gratification these arseholes are in it for the long haul. If we do finish this thing in 20-30 years it will be back to the same old thing because its what they believe. they have been doing this since the beginning of time

There are gun batteries along the shore and mines underwater if I'm not mistaken. I would assume this would be priority over the next day or two. I read somewhere that the straight is only a couple miles wide and the Iranians have the high ground along it...... for now

Eunice is definitely a top Juco team. I know they have a bunch of championships and have very good players. They are definitely a different level than BRCC.

Have they always been this bad? I thought there were a lot of Catholic High guys that went there along with other local talent. I just watched a game and they couldn’t beat a local JV team. They are unbelievably bad. That’s sad because there is a ton of good local players around BR
