Worked for a company out of Mexico. Was basically the middle man between them and the company we were working for.
They were nice enough but realized they are lazy. Americans just think they work hard because we have no work ethic these days. They are humble lazy and we are entitled lazy. I definitely wouldn’t classify them as hard working.

I grew up in and currently work in the construction industry. Hispanics are the life blood of the construction industry. They are willing to do the jobs that most Americans don’t want to do, but they also have the skills and knowledge to correctly perform the work. Most of them are also salt-of-the-earth dudes, too, but occasionally you run into a shithead.

Just had my house re-shingled yesterday by a bunch of Mexicans.Guess they were Mexicans,looked like it but the foreman was from El Salvador.
Dudes can work,they pulled up in my driveway,got out of their trucks like a swarm of bees and went to work. Did a good job,too.

There is no fish too small to make fish tacos and that five gallon bucket keeps making trips to their vehicle trunk and back.
In all sincerity, I have decided to carry along some of my old rods and reels to donate to the kids that are fishing with a string wrapped around a beer can.

Many Americans are in denial about this truth. They will demand non-Hispanic workers on their project then wonder why methhead Joe either didn’t show up or completely messed up the job. But hey, at least Joe spoke English.

Yes, Saturday afternoon on I-10. A 2000 Ford Excursion, pulling a trailer, rearranged the back end of my F150. Of the 5 occupants, 4.5 didn’t speak a word of English. Proof of insurance pending……..
