Michigan's title was a result of the bonus Covid eligibility year.
They had a roster of good guys, but not good enough to leave early guys, which resulted in a roster loaded with numbers & experience.
They were a Covid bonus year one hit wonder.
Not only will Ohio State administer a historic beat down to Michigan this year, but Michigan will struggle to be .500 in the Big Ten.
Good for them that they cashed in this year because the Tressel/Urban era is back.
Now that the Covid Bonus Year guys are gone they are back to competing with a roster of 3/4 star guys vs. Ohio State's 4/5 star guys, and it will show.

They’ve made the playoffs 3 straight seasons and have a National Championship in that time frame.

Cmon man

Every team outside of Georgia would take Michigan’s last 3 years.

I do think they are going to have a rough season this year. Oregon, OSU, and Texas will probably throttle them. Washington and USC aren't gimmes and they could easily lose another game or two in there. But, brother, it doesn't matter. They could fill in the Big House with concrete and I am a happy. I just wanted Harbaugh to beat OSU once every three years and make the playoffs once or twice. He exceeded that. You guys can buy championships for the next 20 years and I wouldn't care.

3 losses to Michigan in a row has fried your brain

How did it feel to finish another season with 2 straight losses?

Let me explain how this thread should be titled "Michigan living rent-free in butt-hurt Ohio State Fan's Head"

Ohio State benefited from COVID more than any other team. Kevin Warren changed protocols every frickin week to get you bums in the playoffs that year.

I remember during the Bama/UM game they showed the stats of the current star rankings for both rosters.

Despite the huge competitive advantage, UM won. The majority of the roster was 3 star recruits, with a few 4 stars mixed in. I think UM had one 5 star.

Either way, this isn't a good look pointing out that they have beaten OSU three times in a row with a similar set up.

I guess it's a good thing that they were the only team affected by COVID then.

You have some weird social media content. Suggest you not use your real name on TD.
