I played 50 years ago and I'm pretty sure I'm out of eligibility. I am the exact same size (6'3'/235) and still lift and run every day so I'm pretty fit as well. I think I could last a couple of plays before I would be crippled for life. So, yeah, I'm ready to go!

I played Safety as a Freshman, Sophmore and Junior at Mandeville. Transferred and went All Band at Choctawhatchee in Fort Walton as a Senior. (To get ready for Tiger Band)

I would try because I still have a good arm and some strength however, at 71 it would be tough to outrun anyone. So, I’ll pass on the tryouts.
