Exactly and this happens almost weekly in the NFL. It’s stupidity plain and simple. The nerds chirping about analytics are ignorant, analytics never takes downside into account.

Its all moot now. Lions knew they had to pass and finally got the pick. That one was on Baker but he was rushed due to leaky oline. Valiant effort on road.

Congrats to Lions!! Happy for them and their fans. Now go beat SF!!
