Mayor Henyard is a convicted car thief that somehow managed to be elected mayor of the Chicago suburb of Dolton, IL -- a town of 60,000 people. She promptly raised her mayoral salary to $300,000 while maintaining her former role in government at an additional $60,000.

Her notable accomplishments include but are not limited to:

Incorporating a DJ into City Council meetings. The DJ often plays her in, as with this time where she entered dressed as Nino Brown from New Jack City complete with black beret and pitbull puppy.

Hiring a convicted sex offender as a city inspector -- because that's who you obviously want to have the ability to just enter people's homes.

Supporting the local police by having them be her private security detail as she traverses the mean streets of Dolton. She pays them well as some routinely report 60+ hours of overtime per two week pay period.

Reducing government bloat by insisting that any new mayor's salary would be capped at $25,000.

Avoiding the racist recall effort spearheaded by the awful black white supremacists in Dolton.
