They were pretty close on that cell that moved through Gramercy and then the North Shore

The warm front is onshore now. Temps and dews continue to climb a bit.

Radar is pretty wide open ahead of the front. Just a wait and see deal now to see if anything pops up and can get going. I'm not sold that it will.

So we’re done with the crazy stuff and just have a normal cold front rain coming?

It's been a while since I've had to fly over a storm system like this, would not recommend. Crossing into MS and dealing with those storms by the Arky border now. Near Vicksburg MS

Not necessarily. Waiting to see if that warm front pops any pre-frontal storms. Also, the line could very well ramp up as it moves east and gets a boost from the LLJ and interacts with the warm front. Just gotta wait and see.

Finished the year almost 5.5" below normal here at the house. The rain the past couple weeks was good enough to move us from Extreme Drought to Severe Drought. An inch or so out of this system would really help.

We keep trying to dodge the storms but they're all over so have to fly right over some of them. The updrafts are what make me clench the armrest. Getting pretty close to Eupora MS

These people trying to use the bathroom are crazy

If you're the type of person who would go to the grocery store during a storm like this, you're exactly the target audience for "we're closing for your own good"

So every store in the area should be closed right? If not let’s go berate them for being selfish assholes making their employees work in this storm.

Should the govt tell them all to shut down?

We need a separate thread for arguing about forecasts/meteorologists/school closures/etc.
