Hi everyone, ran a 5 mile turkey trot very overweight and with inconsistent training. Finished in 54 min which met my goal of being below an hour. Just got back from a trip where we could leave the windows to our rental open all day and not have to worry about running the a/c. Would like to do something similar for a few hours now or for longer once the weather gets cooler. Any issues I should be aware of, like mold / strain on a/c once turned...
