His last post was about trading Dennis Allen for Mike Tomlin

Dennis Allen on resume alone did not deserve the job
He had an abysmal HC track record in Oakland. Both with record and with talent assembled. There is a reason the Raiders had to pay John Gruden what they did to pry him out of a booth. There is a reason the Raiders had to trade away its best player to recoup draft picks.
In terms of the Saints...wtf are you talking about? From 2017-2021 the Saints had winning seasons every year and made the playoffs every year but Covid year...

Nope. Time’s up. Time for him to go.

You obviously hate CSP. You have 29 posts registered on 01/18/23. Who’s alter are you?

I'm tired of the hate too, but please be accurate if you're going to make a point.

Allen is not the coach we need, but I agree that the rhetoric is a little excessive at times.

Yeah, so lack of talent.
Dude, the LBs were all white. WHITE!
Drew was barely cleared to throw the ball by game 1.
They had zero depth. Basically started or played 6 of the 7 rookie picks from that year.
That was a fantastic coaching job.

And he has kept it status quo which is bad

Troll or not, this is very very easily the dumbest thread I've ever seen on here.

I'm tired of it too... wish they'd fire him so we can drop it

The biggest peeve I have with Allen right now is retaining Pete Carmichael this past offseason. We have no reason to believe this was not his choice alone. Allen is not a great coach obviously, but retaining Carmichael is the first thing for me to truly claim as a bad coaching decision and no excuse for it.
It's hard to ignore a coach or QBs win/loss record, but without trying to sound like I'm taking up for Allen I believe some context should be put around the Raiders during that time. He went into a team lacking in talent, bad cap situation, not much draft capital and rookie GM badly missed on draft the first 2 seasons, plus their home field at that time being voted as worst playing surface in the league was not appealing to free agents. Allen has never been responsible for draft picks, aside from maybe Carr that was a 9yr starter for drafting team through 3 HCs in the 2nd rd.
2012: (4-12, bad record as was expected with lack of talent on team) Raiders 1st season for rookie GM Reggie McKenzie. They had bad salary cap that after cuts 7 restructures to ge to $13M in space, and did not have a 1st or 2nd rd picks. Acquired no starters via draft; 3rd rd T-Tony Bergrstom-T, 4th rd LB-Miles Burris, 5th rd-DE Jack Crawford, 5th rd WR-Juron Criner, 6th rd DE-Christo Bilukidi, 7th rd LB-Nathan Stupar. Carson Palmer at QB, oft injured Darren McFadden, Darrius Heyward-Bey & Denarius Moore at WR, Brandon Myers at TE. An aging defense led by 33yr old Richard Seymor
2013: (4-12, still lack of talent on roster, could reasonably argue for 6-10 but nobody thought they'd have a winning record) Drafted 1st-DB DJ Hayden (only a 2yr starter), 2nd-T Menelik Watson (only a 2yr starter), 3rd-LB Sio Moore, 4th-QB Tyler Wilson, 6th-TE Nick Kasa, 6th-RB Latavious Murray. Terrelle Pryor at QB, Rashad Jennings RB, Denarius Moore & Rod Streater WR. Lamarr Houston lead with 6 sacks, Tracy Porter t-1st with 2 INTs.
2014: (3-13, Poor start 0-4 for Allen) Drafted 1st-LB Khalil Mack, 2nd-QB Derek Carr, 3rd-G Gabe Jackson, 4th-DT Justin Ellis, 4th-DB Keith McGill, 7th-DB TJ Carrie, 7th-DE Shelby Harris, 7th-DB Jonathan Dowling. Finally a good draft, but they did start 0-4 and Allen was fired. Rookie QB, oft-injured Darren McFadden lead rusher at 534 yards, Andre Holmes & James Jones lead WRs both <700 yards. Justin Tuck 5 sacks, Mack 6 sacks, Charles Woods 4 INTs.
2022: (7-10, could argue we should have been better at 9-8) Considering bad salary cap situation and QB injury/play, I think the overall record was fitting. Winston injured then had to turn to Dalton at QB plus Carmichael not panning out as playcaller. Michael Thomas & Jarvis Landry missing most of the season. Chris Olave & Alontae Taylor were the only 2 draft picks we hit on that contributed. Allen's defense was strong and kept us in most games, Offense was clearly the problem.
2023: (8-9/9-8) This was easily on paper his best chance to succeed even with bad cap situation again, given the rest of division. His biggest mistake was retaining Carmichael. Carr underperforming 1st half of season, partially fault of Carr, Carmichael, & OL. Injuries to OL + no run game or offensive imagination or scheme. Defense showing age. Bad decisions at Kicker & Punter (Allen or Loomis decision?).
TL;DR: Glass half full person could argue that 2023 is Allen's worst job head coaching yet going into the last week of the season he still has a chance for a winning record and a playoff spot. If Mickey is open to giving Allen a 3rd year, he has to ask him about OC and if Allen does intends to keep Pete or has no real plan for replacement then Allen should absolutely be fired.

There’s so much stupid to unpack in that OP that I can only assume it’s a troll and not going to waste my time addressing any of the points you were wrong about. Which was everything you stated in the OP. Lying dumbass
