Every network has a segment boasting how great the economy is doing.

Get ready for an all out assault on your intelligence. Looks like they are going to push this hard for a while.
Will people buy it?

They already have. And if they stray too far from the approved narrative, someone will be there to tell them it’s the corporations that won’t lower prices.

Bout to pull off the rare soft landing.

Go to the grocery store. Try to buy a car. Try to buy a house. Try to go on a vacation. By any measure, the American people are worse off under Biden tha they were under Trump.
There is no disputing this. The science is settled.

It's not working very well. A spokesman for the Biden campaign said on radio yesterday that the big push in late January will be: 'Our last chance to save Democracy!'
The advantage of that over 'economics' is that people actually know what their economic situation is. 'Democracy' is much more vague and therefore worrisome for the non thinkers.

Marching orders have been delivered from eDem leaders to their propaganda outlets, and the narrative will be spread, in the exact wording that was provided.
Journalism degrees were entirely unnecessary. Think of all the money that could have been saved.

My kids won't buy it when they wake tomorrow morning. Haha

I haven't watched MSM in over 2 decades.
Rush was right.
These prices aren't going back down ever , why should they ?

Imagine what they would be saying if the cost of living was this high under Trump.
All they do is lie. There is no morality.
This is why if you think and do and VOTE the exact opposite of what the MSM tells you, you will be right 95% of the time.

The inverted yield curve disagrees. Strongly. (and it has a perfect record in predicting recessions)
This landing will be about as soft as inflation was transitory.

Leftist response: “Thanks, capitalism.”
But not the kind of capitalism that was in place 3 years ago.

And that would underscore their ignorance of economic forces. The shoving of trillions of dollars into the economy in just a handful of months by government wasn't "capitalism" in any way, it was just the merest taste of socialism's coveted "UBI".

If you want everything to be cheap you'll need a recession for that

TV producers and editorial writers are doing pretty well.
Its the bottom half thats flailing. We're either going to have to split our economy or take a hit on standard of living.

Look at the ads that they play on CNBC and Fox Business. They’re not going to turn that ad revenue away so everything is bullish or already priced in. Financial media is worse propaganda than political news networks.

Recessions are natural economic occurrences. Endless money printing and having everyone prop up an inflated economy with unnecessary debt is not natural.
