XBOX S games for 34 year old girl

Hippie druggie sister got laid off from work and is crashing at dad’s house.
The only two games that I know she played for years is like the GTA series and red dead redemption.
Any suggestions of newer games with similar aimless time wastes?
I don’t think she’s big into all the horror stuff, or fast paced type kill or be killed type games.
Just a few suggestions of games that I can claim I put some effort in picking out specifically for her to help her fill the time between finding another “Bud tender” job.

Ummm, no, it's an Action RPG set in a huge open world. It's not really replayable but it probably has the most meaningful and engaging side content of any game. You can spend alot of hours in it.

You could get her subscription to GamePass for a few months and let her pick what she wants. Or Cyberpunk 2077. It's excellent now.

Diablo 4 is pretty good. The replayable factor is huge with this one. Bash things with Barbarian build, or use magic with another one, etc.

Correct. There's blood and gore and brutality but it's not overdone. Used more to punctuate very emotional moments. Finishers are intense but fun.

Understatement.
W3 is a top 5 all-time game. So much content with DLCs included that you'll be doing quests on second and third playthroughs that you missed every other time. Plus, there are multiple plot altering scenarios based on critical decisions you must make in seconds. The world design is beautiful and has aged well even juxtaposed against solid more modern titles.
I put 300+ hours into that game in multiple playthroughs and still haven't seen/done everything there is to do. The main quest line is superb, and the Hearts of Stone/Blood and Wine expansions are among the best DLCs ever released across any platform.
TL/DR: Just get it.
