Not without admitting that this was another tentacle in the Lawfare strategy to keep Trump tied up with bullshite charges.

Doesn't matter what that bank says, matters what the evidence says and what the judge rules, sorry

There have been plenty of examples of high profile individuals producing false and misleading financial statements to obtain loans, insurance coverage, and other financial benefits. Elizabeth Holmes, Bernie Madoff, and Sam Bankman are just a few examples.

Former President Trump is accused of inflating his net worth on his annual financial statements to receive favorable loans from banks, notably including Deutsche Bank. The mere fact that the lenders were ultimately happy, doesn’t mean that the statute wasn’t violated.

So you're comparing him to a guy that ran a ponzi scheme, a guy that stole a ton of people's money, and a woman that falsified a whole company?

You just nuked any credibility you thought you had with this post. It is ridiculous as there is no comparisons what so ever.

A crime must have a victim who suffers loss or it’s not a crime. It’s part of the statutes.

No harm = no foul
