What are your thoughts now that the Deutsch Bank rep testified that it was normal and happens all the time? Oh, and they didn't take Trump's word on his worth but actually did their own due diligence....Imagine that....

Banks never take the borrower's word.
Anyone who's ever had a mortgage knows that.

The only people here who believe Trump committed fraud are a handful of mouth breathers like tarzana.
Of all the cases against Trump this is the most frivolous.

They're just going to hang onto every word Lara Loomer says today

It’s more than that. The bank was actively pursuing the Trump organization as a customer. They independently evaluated the collateral, the loans were repaid and it was profitable for the bank. This whole case is a sham.

This is the biggest crock of shite charge.
They are essentially saying that anyone who has completed a loan application that estimated their property at a higher value than the county tax value committed loan fraud on their application.
If that is the case then there are hundreds of millions people that are also guilty, and I bet that includes the Judge, and the prosecution team.

Oh course it's a sham! Like all of the other Democrat leftist loon witch hunts, this is 100% political and has absolutely nothing to do with justice. When you have radical DA's campaigning on "I'm going to get Trump" without one shred of evidence or access to any evidence and an extremely radical leftist judge on the bench that is a big Biden donor, it's political!

Former President Trump is accused of inflating his net worth on his annual financial statements to receive favorable loans from banks, notably including Deutsche Bank. The mere fact that the lenders were ultimately happy, doesn’t mean that the statute wasn’t violated.

Will not matter in this kangaroo court. Trump was guilty the second it was filed and assigned to the nut job judge.

It has nothing to do with the law. It has everything to do with convicting Trump and destroying his political future and legacy and as a warning to any politician that bucks the system .

Are you serious right now bro? Are we gonna charge all the people that it seems to be common for or are we gonna go after one political opponent?

Accused by whom?
Posted on 12/1/23 at 8:40 am to TigerIn2023
It's a civil trial with no standing. Period. End of story. The bank gave a loan and it was paid back. There is no party of the transaction harmed.
