So they aren't having an effect and we are cutting our own throats in order to appease the global climate court?

once it gets into the atmosphere it all gets mixed up anyway. It isn't like the shite we burn here just stays above America.

yep, land is worse at absorbing heat than water, and there is a lot more water.

Exactly.

It's why the "faster than global average" is nothing more than propaganda being pushed in every local paper in the world.

since the other countries are burning more, and ignoring green initiatives, and we're the ones warming... maybe they got it wrong and their fix is poison .

Doesn't that nullify their argument totally?

The US is one of the better developed countries in terms of emissions. China and India are the main perpetrators. Guess the US should continue to regulate and destroy industry so China and India can pump out whatever they want.

But the human driven global warming craze isn’t designed to cripple the US and western world they say.

If we did it would be in a play-in because we came out on top of our 'Developed Countries Conference'.

Anytime a passage/article begins with
“The Science is settled”
Or
“The Science is irrefutable”

You can rest assured that the Science is anything but settled or irrefutable.

increased food insecurity in Alaska

Remember when we used to talk about starvation. Now it’s “food insecurity” whatever the frick that means.

There ain’t nobody in this country who is insecure about their food. If anything we could use a little less food.

no, you are missing the entire point.

it's like the inflation falling argument. even tho inflation is less than it was last month, prices are still high af.

it is the total buildup that causes the effects, so falling emissions doesn't mean it reverses. we would have to actively reduce the CO2 PPM in the atmosphere.

it stays in the atmosphere 300 to 1,000 years once it is there, it doesn't just disappear and then next year we refill it.

is that ever gonna make a dent tho? it may reduce emissions by a fraction but i doubt we ever get to a point we sequester more than total emissions.

I was a 90s kid and I remember reading reports and all the talk shows saying that we would burn up by 2020 if we didn’t ACT NOW!

Also read an article around 2004-05 online that said by 2012 the ice caps would melt so much that we wouldn’t notice winters anymore.

It’s a fact that we have patched the hole in the ozone layer….yet it’s still getting hotter

These creeps can’t make up their minds.
