Whoever wasted time, ink, paper and bandwidth on that 'book' should eat dirt in shame.

The proof is that white composers are referred to only by their last name...Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, etc. Black composers are listed by their first and last names, indicating that they don't reach the higher class of whites.
This is the biggest pile of shite I have seen in a long, long time.

They are referred to in different ways by different people. I've heard Aaron Copeland much more than I've heard just 'Copeland.' Bach is often referred to as JS Bach to distinguish him from his composer son CPE Bach.

But imbeciles will continue to be imbeciles!

The woman who wrote the book is criticizing it. She has the same opinion as you.

I never thought of it that way. I need to listen to it more.

Interesting factoid: Bruce Lee's Chinese dad was owner of an opera house in free China. When the commies took over and mandated propaganda performances only, he and his white wife moved to the U.S.

She is giving examples of the ridiculous things going on in the name of racial equality. Those examples are not what she is advocating. It's what she is warning us about.

Edit...this just in...the book says that a university researcher published a paper that males in ancient times evolved faster than females due to natural selection wiping them out due to more dangerous jobs. He was fired for the implication that males are more evolved than females.

If most historical classical composers are considered to be gay, how can they be racist?

Are blacks not allowed to participate at piano recitals?

Actually I know of more very famous and talented black pianists than I do black composers of classical.

It's not racist to study music that evolved outside of a certain races sphere of influence. Blacks permanently changed the music scene in this country multiple times in the 20th century but of course they weren't writing music on the 1700s

Wait, I was told that Beethoven and Mozart were really black. I can't keep up anymore.

They were supposedly gay…Shakespeare and Christopher Columbus, too. When no one seemed to care or waste time arguing those allegations, the Leftists gave up and said “yes, they’re white and people who like them are white and you’re all a bunch of racists.”

I like listening to Sirius XM’s Classical music station but they devote an hour or so around dinner time to modern composers (code for black) and guess what? I like some of it and don’t like some of it. Amazing.

This woke BS has been going on in the classical music art world for a couple of years.

The Seattle Symphony started this trend a decade ago with their "sonic evolution" series. They'd bring in rappers to do concerts with the symphony playing. It all kicked off with Sir Mixalot getting girls to come up and twerk on the symphony stage.

SSO rap

Hasn’t she done a lot of work on the attack on our military capabilities, with the attempts to force women into combat roles?

Both of them were very, very heterosexual.

As far as names are concerned, do we really want to have to say, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, or Ludwig von Beethoven, every single time?

I would call that opera, not classical music.

It is interesting that opera acts as some sort of repellent for shiftless bums, without affecting people with actual jobs and money. What is the thought process?

Is it something like "Man, I'm cool! I can't listen to opera, that's for dorks!"

And this coming from people who hang out in a gas station parking lot all day.

Vivaldi was an ordained priest although, by all accounts, not a celibate one.
