Then speak up. Tell them you aren’t paying for that and to give you another one.

Are you 10? It’s not hard.

Maybe it’s just me but the beer lines are insane

I think they’re losing money by not opening up more beer stands

If you go stand in line you’ll miss half a quarter, easily.

People have. There’s some “satisfaction survey” that can be filled out online and people have voiced their complaints. It’s not the fans fault that whoever is in charge of concessions doesn’t pay attention to the issues.

If anything, it’s getting worse rather than better.

had the same experience. Yesterday's dogs were dry, as if the bread was 2-3 weeks old, and the dog itself was very 7-11-ish. Normally Tiger dogs are fresh, albeit plain, so I'm not sure what happened.

Left over from the Arkansas game.

Arkansas concessions way better than ours, at EVERY venue.

Really? I went to a game earlier this year there and sat in the SEC club level seats. I didn’t find them too different.

Aramark has been criticized for the "filthy conditions" in Chicago Public Schools following the privatization of janitorial services and Aramark receiving a $260 million contract for their management. Responding to these reports, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel said "Aramark's job is to clean the schools, so our principals and teachers can focus on their fundamental responsibility: education. They will either live up to that contract and clean up the schools or they can clean out their desks and get out."[55]

Aramark was hired for $2.65 million per year to provide janitorial services on 28 schools and three administration buildings by the Wichita Falls Independent School District in 2015. The district cancelled Aramark's contract and hired another firm because of numerous complaints about bad service. A report issued by the Wichita Falls-Wichita County Public Health District determined that one high school was infested with rats and mice. Janet Powell, the district's director of support services said, "Everyone on the committee felt lied to and deceived (by Aramark)."[56]

Do they? They used to but I haven’t seen many Papa John’s and Chick-Fil-A kiosks as of late.

Granted, I don’t really look for them but I used to see them all over.

Ive been to dozens of different football and baseball stadiums. I’ve seen plenty of stadiums do it 10 times better than LSU, and only a few that did it as bad. LSU is the only stadium I’ve ever been to where they ran out of water.

The whole stadium ran out of water? Really? When was that or was it your section?

Same for me. Been all over the country and so many different venues and Aramark is still at a ton of stadiums including Minute Maid park. The difference is Tiger Stadium may not have enough venues to give options

The whole stadium did not run out of water. But the 3 concession stands near us did. We heard people were going a level down and getting water but we didn’t want to miss anymore of the game. Eventually some more water was brought to our section, but it was at least a full quarter that our area was out of water. Not a huge deal, but it felt pretty ridiculous that you would run out of water of all things.

We had the same hot dog experience on the east side. I filled out the survey today and suggested that if they’re not going to fire Aramark anytime soon, they should at least penalize them monetarily for every single complaint they receive about them.

Wow. So you complain like it did but it didn’t and they brought some up in a quarter? I mean…

Pssst, as someone who sits on the East Side, the West Side looks EXACTLY the same.

fricking this. Sat on the East side 3 times this year, and the East side has blown the West side out of the water. The people on the West side have been embarrassments.
