When the window closes doesn’t mean it’s Go time. Thats the time when the IDF will consider whoever is left as hostile. Go time will be when the CDR feels like the conditions have been set for the best possible outcome. The CDR may not even know when that is.

The rule of thumb for offensive operations against a fortified position is 4:1. I guarantee they are going to have their plan wired tight before they kick it off.

The Ottoman Empire collapsing at the end of WW1 is one of the most consequential and overlooked pieces of history in the last 100 years. It singularly set up modern day Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, (arguably Iran) etc, and all of the baggage that came with it.

really it was ataturk abolishing the caliphate which goes hand in hand with the ottoman empire collapsing

kraut made a video on this very thing

This ground operation is going to be a complete failure in the long term. They are going to kill a shitload of Palestinians, but only moderate damage to Hamas human assets.

How do you know they aren't rounding them up as they leave?
That's what I'd do. Probably have a shite ton of facial recognition data over the years and question any male over the age of 12 intensively and then document and track the ones you let through.

During the operation carried out by forces under the command of Maged 77, Israeli bodies were located. It turned out that throughout the fighting, reports were received from the forces near the border that there were "discoveries" near the border.

The issues were investigated and analyzed by observations and factors, and finally, it was decided to send in a large force under the command of Lt. Col. Shimon Putrabani. After the force surrounded the place, bodies were collected from the place and transported to Israeli territory.

That tells me Hamas was executing prisoners with the knowledge that the IDF knew/could witness.

Been watching some of the Al Jazeera YouTube feed...someone in this thread called their reporting fair and balanced...that is hardly the case.

I usually do find them more balanced than most on other news stories. I would not expect them to be fair or balanced on this story.

Because of the fact that they aren’t letting them leave. They are letting them move South of the river, if they choose.

Once the IDF cleans up Gaza heading South to the river and establishes control is when they will check them. As the Palestinian’s head North to set up parking lots for their new businesses.

They typically are pretty fair and balanced…at least as far as international news is concerned..

Until it has to do with Israel/Palestine

Here's what I said. I think it's quite admirable that you put it in your top replies post. Don't ban me bro...I'll see my self out.

Could be Hezbollah in Lebanon or Lebanon. If it’s Lebanon, game on for the US.

I wonder when the terrorists will try to overwhelm the air defense system by launching a bunch of unarmed, cheap decoy drones. Once the IDF's inventory is depleted, launch the real McCoys.
