Sorry if already posted, but this is a great 10 minute read from a BBC site
BBC site about Israel border history from post WW1
that gives the history of the region. I never new Britain had control after WW1.
Also, over the years, Israel has really shown the Arabs in the region what FAFO is all about. Egypt got the message first it seems.

It's never good idea to start cancelling people for what they believe or say. While it may be wrong, it quickly spreads to other things (we have been talking about this cancelling for years and now we want it??).

A lot of the laws, rules, and standards being used today across Europe were put in place during Covid to curb protests of lockdowns and such.
The time to make this warning was a few years ago. The time to heed it was, as well.

Look at the first word of the post….FOREIGN! I am assuming meaning non-citizen. That being the case you do two things. First you get the trash out of your country. They can go hang out with the 1,000s protesting for Hamas in Yemen. Second, it shows the other wannabe Raghead terrorist citizens a clear message that your terrorist crap isn’t acceptable. You assimilate great we can be friends. If you want to be a Shari Shithead we are gonna have issue!
Enacting this could help England out greatly. Unfortunately, France granted citizenship to all their former colonies and thus why they have the Muslim ghetto issue now.

A large amount of the problems, instability. And internal wars that have made the middle east a shithole over the last 100 years can be attributed to the brits and other Europeans drawing maps with no regard to secularity or ethnic tribe traditional lands.

Israel is exceedingly kind giving Hamas leadership and fighters extra time to leave.
This ground operation is going to be a complete failure in the long term. They are going to kill a shitload of Palestinians, but only moderate damage to Hamas human assets.

Jerusalem Post is now reporting that bodies of some of the missing were found during the ground operations into northern Gaza earlier today, corroborating earlier reports.

The Ottoman Empire collapsing at the end of WW1 is one of the most consequential and overlooked pieces of history in the last 100 years. It singularly set up modern day Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, (arguably Iran) etc, and all of the baggage that came with it.
If that hasn't happened, there would be no Israel, no 9/11, no modern day Iran, etc. It would be a totally different middle east. Also, FTR, there was little if any fighting between Jewish, Eastern Orthodox Christian, and Muslim populations within the Ottoman empire for the vast majority of its existence.
Eta: in many ways the current struggle is still the reprecussions of that collapse and the following creation of the state of Israel.
