I’m almost positive he used that exact analogy last week. Crazy that he was nowhere to be found as Ole Miss was converting 3rd and longs all night.

Him not playing a single snap in the 2nd half when you have a completely gassed Dline just throwing their bodies forward for a second then giving up was absolute insanity.

If planning on playing him more this season anyway instead of redshirting there is no reason he couldn’t have come out of the oven a little against Ole Miss especially in 4th quarter when everyone was tired.

Seriously, at this point just put all the defense that isn’t hurt in the game and see how they do. It’s not like they’re going to be worse. You might find a gamer who isn’t much of a practicer. I’m so tired of this bullshite about kids not quite being ready. Get them some damn snaps and evaluate them. If they suck, then process them and get better players for next year. The only position you don’t want to really throw a green kid in is quarterback. And that’s obvious. Stop this insanity.

That is obviously not the explanation for why zero snaps against Ole Miss. That’s the answer to why he doesn’t start.

Either he was in the dog house or the coaches didn’t sub him in because of the tempo (pretty damning to House et Al). But it’s not because he’s undercooked.

So over Kelly’s dumb expressions.

stop saying stupid shite to sound cute and make people think you’re intelligent. just play the best players, shut up, and win football games.

Head Coach reads the rant and the light goes on.
Kelly! Ahh that sounds like a good idea. The Rant is such a great source of coaching technique. I wish I had known about the Rant when I was at Notre Dame. I might have won a Natty.

Womack is going to be a good player for us and should be used in those 3rd down pass rush situations but I do agree with Kelly on not using him every play/down yet. Swinson has looked good and would like to see Womack and Swinson only at Jack instead of Ovie. He just looks slow and ineffective.

Cook is going to see the ground a lot in this game. The line and Perkins and Weeks are coming after his a$$.

Why didn’t he come off the edge on third down against Ole Miss one single time?

All the babies need to play at this point. There's nothing to lose.
