My buddy swears by the winchesters. He has a sx3 12ga and 20ga and then bought a sx4 12ga when they came out.
Another buddy was wanting to buy his first semi auto shotgun so we got all of our friends guns, including a sx4, benelli sbe3, beretta, and a couple others and he shot them all and decided to go with the sx4.
I’m a benelli guy, but I’ve been hunting with my buddy for years and I’ve never seen his winchesters have any problems.

I shot most of the popular brands and models when I was researching to buy and landed on the sx3. It shoots like butter compared to an inertia gun in my opinion. I'd imagine the sx4 would follow suit. The browning I was able to shoot at the time had the same action as the Winchester but the sx3 (and its price) fit me better.

Have a SX2 and 4 of the SX3’s. They are all fantastic guns. Haven’t tried an SX4 yet but it’s the same system from the previous gens. I wouldn’t hesitate getting the SX4.

Another for the SX4. I’ve shot plenty different semi autos but decided on this one. I don’t duck hunt near as much as I used to, so I wasn’t about to go drop 2K on a duck gun. It feels and shoots like one though, think I paid around 900

Of those I would pick the SX4 hands down. I've never owned any of them but guiding I see a ton of different makes. I see very little in the way of problems with them versus the others 2 listed.

Got my son the sx4 with cerakote barrel and receiver a few months ago. It's a sweet shooting gun.

I have a SX4. It’s a really underrated shotgun. My 15 yr old used it Saturday dove hunting while I broke in my Dad’s Ethos. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another.

None of those, but if you have to get one, the SX4 is the easy choice

The SX4 without a doubt.

I've been told they are made here in Columbia SC by FN Manufacturing and, then again, in Turkey .... I believe most components are made here in Columbia but who knows.

I prefer Benellis (and own a few) but my Son and I got good deals on our SX4s ($999.00) turkey guns and neither of us regret the investments. They're slick.

I got an SX4 not long ago and love it. Winchester also has a $50 rebate on it right now, too.

The versa max I dove hunt with is one of my retired competition guns. Over 10k rounds through it. Only thing I have to change is the mag spring.
Soft shooting and never misses a beat.
I used to have a new model Browning A5 and have a customized Benelli M2. Got rid of the browning, it’s nothing like the original. Like the M2, but for doves the Versa Max is my go to.

I’ve had a v3 for a few years now and have never had any problems with it. It’s extremely soft shooting and eats everything I shoot through it. Though I think I got extremely lucky with it considering Remingtons quality control issues over the years.

I have a VM and it has given me 0 trouble but I don't shoot it all the well. I won a Franchi and have been shooting it. Like the way it feel better.
