At least Jimbo and A&M recruit. There's a very good chance we don't finish with a top 10 class this year.
The reality is that Georgia got to Alabama's level because Kirby recruited at Alabama's level consistently for years. The recruiting precedes the performance.
BK has shown no indication that he is going to elevate our recruiting to that level.

What I mean is that LSU paid an old guy a long contract that they are stuck with now and Les Miles was never gonna win more than 10 games. That’s who they have

It’s never beneficial to tell a foe ahead of a game that you are going to beat them. Coach Kelly counted his chickens before they were hatched. Foot in mouth and I hope he remembers this lose.
The players were outplayed and the coaching staff was out coached for total defeat. Embarrassed should be the order of the day for this team as they prepare to somehow salvage the remainder of the football season.

People come on this board to get info, preferably devoid of most of the histrionics and hyperbole of the other forums. Other parts of this board are bad enough without it infecting this place. In the event you really want to know and not just being pissy for the sake of being pissy.
Rant (tRant) for, well, ranting about LSU.

FSU played with intensity in the second half in particular and we looked like deer in headlights. Same old Daniels playing the short game, same old Lacy dropping catchable balls. No fire or intensity and we got rolled! Oh well it's in the history books now.

Definitely a better salesman, but O couldn't manage a roster to save his life. How much of that elite talent O landed never panned out or transferred out? It's the reason our roster looks the way it does right now. As much as I want it to be true you don't fix a roster with less than 40 scholarship athletes on it in a recruiting season or even two. You can spot fill some positions but depth and development take time. We had a top 5 class last year.
Coaching has to improve though and that's on Kelly. I don't think Denbrock is the long term answer on offense. I'm not out on House yet but he has to get better at using the playmakers he has.

Kelly’s first full class was at the top end of O’s avg class
O had a class that ranked 15th
His LA evaluations were horrible- they have LA guys that he passed on to chase some dream that are playing well all over
Miles had multiple classes out of top 10
In 2013 Kelly at ND beat Miles in the recruiting rankings
