had no idea he was at Nebraska... at any rate, his football career is now over... dude will be in and out of jail his entire adult career, unless he actually addresses his mental health, which is obviously needed at this point

I said it a few weeks ago but he needs to forget about football and get some intensive psychiatric care, maybe an inpatient stay if he hasn’t already.

I was randomly looking over Nebraska's depth chart a few days aga and noticed he was not on there. Didn't dig into it, but makes sense now. This must have happened several days or weeks ago.

I think he still needed an eligibility waiver from the NCAA to play this season.

Mugshot says the arrest was today.
I think the depth chart thing may have been that his eligibility for this year was still up in the air.

I thought he was in an NFL camp somewhere. Guess this is his draft year.

The dude has had ample help for the past 3 years. All scholastic support. All mental health support and attending university gratis. I don't feel sorry for that dude at all.

He was booked early this morning sometime. His booking date is 8/29/23 according to the mugshot I saw.
He wasn't listed on their depth chart because the NCAA still hasn't ruled on his waiver for immediate eligibility He needs since he burned his free transfer already. I doubt this is going to be in his favor with that ruling.

It’s really painful to watch a young man throw their life away when they’ve been blessed with all the talent in the world to set himself and his family up with generational wealth.
His issues extend beyond football and I hope he’s able to get his life turned around, but this is already a tragedy.

Is this the first crime he’s been a part of? Stark difference between depression/mental health holding you back and committing a felony

What if there isn't anything mentally wrong with him and those were just excuses?

He needs a stint in jail, not a mental facility.
