This sort of poll does NOTHING to increase or to decrease the likelihood that a crime was committed.
All it shows is that lots of people are willing to share uninformed opinions.

Glad they aren't on a jury. He is innocent until proven guilty, and we've only seen one side. Using his lawyer's confidential advice against him has to be unconstitutional.
