Then why even bother building the school?

To prove money is an ineffective tool for the education of children.

So you don’t think those kids can grasp math? If the teachers are good, why not?

Then get them to focus on trades rather than failing math class
How many people in positions of power get this done? But professor Lebron James doesn’t do it so frick him

Poor black kids don’t math no matter how much money an entity throws at them. It turns out poor black parents(parent) are NOT good at creating solid children.

I mean...quite unironically yes. It's backed by statistics, which maybe if these kids (and their parents) were decent enough at math they could understand it and wouldn't have to cry racism as their final trump card

They’d probably be passing if they were getting “world-class education”

Those kids, with their families and neighborhoods? Unlikely.

We need to end the charade of trying to educate kids like this. Go back to vocational and trade schools for these kids.

The real question is can the students at this school count as high as the bans this thread will yield?

All the money you throw at it, it still doesn’t solve the problem and issues

You're effectively making the argument to completely write off large parts of society.

As for what I expect, I thought you'd find some diamonds in the rough, and that the media who heaped praise on him for opening it showing concern that it's not working.

Well, he claimed he'd pay for college for anyone who gradutes/qualifies. Sounds like he doesn't have to pay for much.

They've done a pretty good job of making that argument for themselves.
