My wife is fro Indiana and went to IU. We’ve been together for 30 years. Her first LSU experience was the 1993 baseball championship and our fans. She was hooked and fully converted Tiger fan. It was glorious being in Indiana with the Hoosier and Buckeye I laws while LSU took over Omaha this year.

I wish I had that video of the LSU guy videoing his Ole Miss girlfriend crying as she smashes the gal jug of milk in her kitchen as she says "I hate LSU, I hope they all die in a plane crash! Ole Piss is my life" that was hilarious!

Outside of the SEC, a lot of people I talk to enjoy LSU as we are the "fun" school.

I’m confused on what the problem is. She seems to have no problem with you watching games and even watches them with you. You’re just mad because she isn’t a fan of a school she has no affiliation with?

I get that same feedback out here in florida well except from gater fans. They hate us but who doen't hate daddy for all those as* whooping we been giving them lately. You love to see it.
We really have had some very likable personalities with all these recent championships. Joe Burrow, Chase, Jetts, Coach O, Kim Mulkey, Angel( Pre clark incident) Johnson, Crews, Skenes. Seems just like avg joes getting the maximum results. Other teams fans like they can relate to alot of the players and coaches I just mentioned.

I traveled for work for 30 years up till that nasty cold started in 2020. Pretty much everywhere in the country. Wisconsin fans were the very few that looked at me when I said I went to LSU like I was from Mars.
It always struck me odd. It was all of them.
My guess is anything out of the Big 10 just seems really foreign to them.
