The best I’ve had which isn’t saying much because I’m not from New Orleans is Commander’s Palace and Restaurant Revolution.

Restaurant Revolution.

Was there on Father’s Day and had the bread pudding. I don’t know if it’s the best in the city, but it was fantastic.

So freaking good. Can’t call it the best because I haven’t tried hundreds. But I’ll never not get that.

Friend,

We have always been partial to Galatoire’s bread pudding. We request that the cook not put praline liqueur in the sauce.

Have no idea who has the best and that's a matter of taste as well. I like Galatoire's. I also like Brigtsen's. Frank does some seasonal bread puddings that are delicious. His blueberry is so good. His recipe is in one of the paper cookbooks he put out during Covid. My niece has made it several times.

Double chocolate bread pudding from Red Fish Grill. Have to order it as soon as you get there.

I took my wife here for our first date because I wanted to try the KK bread pudding. Worked out well for me and it is truly delicious but not a traditional take obviously

It was Station 6 before they sold. Not sure if it's still at the same level now.
