If Trump wins in 2024, and he has a legit chance if he gets to run against Biden, I worry his hires will be even worse than in 2016. I know this sounds impossible, but why in the world would anyone with options basically jump under an oncoming bus. Staff competency is much more important that most people think, it is impossible to be a good president with staff like Trump had his 1st term.

Trump somehow maneuvered wealth and celebrity among the most ruthless on the planet for decades and never had a problem until he changed the letter behind his name to R and ran for president.
