Someone hits my truck and it looks like they want to total it. They are not gonna want to give me anything for it and the replacement prices are astronomical. I hate this crap so much. There was nothing wrong with my truck and low mileage on it. Now I gotta come out of pocket to buy another one that I wasn’t ready to buy. I know, life isnt fair yada yada yada.

Sounds like you’re hurt baw. Go get that neck and back checked and call a good plaintiff attorney. You’ll be able to pay off that truck in one payment in 8-12 months

Yep. Happened to me in 2018. Jamal and Tyron were racing each other and hit me. Police report said they were going 100 mph … I was just happy they had insurance. Still totaled my truck which was working just fine before at wreck

Keep it and find someone to fix it yourself unless it is truly totaled. You will still come out ahead in the long run .

I overheard a lady at work talking about how she asked god to send her money and the next day she got rear ended and got gordon. praise jesus. he works in mysterious ways, baw.

Everyone hates plaintiff lawyers until they are the ones getting screwed by the insurance company.
