A large portion of that GDP is being propped up buy the huge amount of money printing biden and his merry band of idiots have done. With this increased GDP we have also shot gamma rays into inflation. When inflation goes from Dr. Brannon to HULK bad shite happens. The dollar is nose diving in value because of the idiot economic policies. I mean a jr. high kid with basic understanding of economics could have seen this disaster coming.

Xi let you come up long enough to catch a breath and post on PT??

Ask any normal middle class American if they think we have a good economy and they’ll say no. Families living on 100k or less are still getting crushed.

What rational person could deny the numbers?

One that understands the difference between nominal and real

GDP did not grow in 2020. As a matter of fact it fell hard the first two quarters of 2020.

The GDP numbers are in the OP.

That's because GDP growth came in at 5.75% for 2021 due to, surprise surprise, the economy opening up. Fast forward to 2022, the GDP grew at a rate of 0.98%, and we came out of the gates smoking in 2023 with 1st Q GDP growth at 1.1%. Can't wait for more of this.

Another topic cultists should avoid.

Government spending increased from $3.981 Trillion in 2017 to $6.553 trillion in 2020 and was actually lower in 2022 at $6.273 trillion.

Good, sustained growth.

Remember the magic wand?

No ... of course you don't.
You remember the fact Trump enacted mechanisms forcing China to quit screwing US industry. You remember the disappointment that US trade channels to Uyghur camp forced trinket manufacture were cut off.

But the magic wand was a thing.
Ask Barack Obama.

Nobody is taking you seriously to begin with, especially now.

It is a mistake for a cultist to speak of inflation given under Trump annual government spending increased 64.6%.

So much for the nominal vs. actual numbers---that opens the can on just who caused the inflation. Clearly that blame lies mostly at the feet of Trump as he was the HUGE money pumper that fuel the inflation fire.

Your failed attempts to gaslight this board have quickly gone from absolutely hilarious to just pathetic and infuriating.

You cannot even possibly believe the bullshite that you typed out. One of the most disingenuous claims I've ever seen on this board, and that's saying something because I was around during the Rex years.
