I like getting outside in the morning on an off day and tearing some weeds up.
Get some AirPods and jam out. If I’m feeling spicy I’ll day drink like the red neck I am.

I do. As long as I am physically able, no one will ever cut my yard for me.

I enjoy working in the yard with the one exception, I hate raking leaves.

Heck yeah. Way better sitting or being on computer all day.

Man, give me a ZTR mower and a big lot...or even better, a bush hog and a big dry field, a good podcast and a nice day and I'm happier than a puppy with two peckers

Some days yes. Mowing and weedeating and spraying is pretty satisfying. Manually pulling weeds or working with sod/mulch can be a little much.

Same
ETA: And that goes for all house work. Upkeep, pressure washing, swimming pool care, etc.

Riding around on my mower for an hour is peaceful.
Audiobooks help me kinda zone out.

I enjoy paying someone else to do it for me.

Yes.
I just like working in my yard or on my house or around my property in general.
Its pretty rare these days where I get just a day to work in my yard all day, but I love those days.
The end of the day beers just taste better as your admire all your hard work.

Yup, did some yesterday evening. Plus it's a small break from kid/wife where I have my time to myself. Although it's not relaxing, it's peaceful.

Yes, it's relaxing to me.
Don't let your wife know you enjoy it. I messed up and did now she doesn't consider yard work as work. Gotta sell it like it's the most difficult and hated thing you do.

I don’t mind cutting grass or edging. But pulling weeds may be my least favorite thing to do. It’s a constant battle.

I enjoy it and it is far better in the south in the summer than the snow shoveling shite that some folks have to contend with in the winter....folks paying folks to cut their 1/4 acre lot is the height of stupidity in my mind...

Personally I think weeds add character to a residential landscape...I have shite growing wild in my driveway that folks would pay $20 for in a pot at Home Depot....my neighbors ain't as open minded as I am but true art is reserved for the select few...

ZT mower is a must. I don't care what y'all say about my 0.5 acre backyard, I ain't push mowing that.
