No one made the "subtle I have a yard to do work in brag" post yet?

Started mowing lawns around eight when I was big enough to push the mower. We had five acres to mow and several miles of roadsides. My dad kept us busy mowing from mid April to October, push mower, riding lawnmower, tractor/rear mower. Even mowed lawns to make money as I got older.
I tapped out on mowing and taking care of the lawn three years ago after mowing for 45 years. My next door neighbor started his own mowing & landscaping business so I sold him my mower and he takes care of the lawn. I still do some edging, spot fertilizing and occasional weeding. I don't miss mowing one bit.

Don't mind getting on the zero turn and then getting the weed whacker out, but not much for raking leaves or pulling weeds.

I’m being serious when I state that it feels great after working outside on a Saturday in July or August and sweating close to the point of dehydration.

I like the satisfaction of a well manicured lawn and the joy of a well running Stihl or Echo weed eater or blower.

ohh yeah. i try to keep it to 2.5-4 hours a week on yard work and landscaping. probably another 1-2 hours on the backyard garden activities.

Not a fan of yard work. It seems like anytime I finally get any free time my lawn need mowed around my house, shops and farm equipment.

I enjoy the push mower. Not looking to sit on my arse to cut a basic residential neighborhood yard

it's not bad once you're out there... it's the thought of having to do it, that's the worst...

I love it. Good sweat, yard looks good and an ice cold beer after. I like being outside.

I do. Love cutting grass.

I mostly do. I’m a little over putting in 3-4 hours of work and still thinking my yard and landscape looks like shite. It needs a lot of work. Work I don’t really have experience doing.

like getting outside in the morning on an off day
My body is starting to get to the point where I need to start doing this. I can't work in the morning and cut grass afterwards and be worth a damn the next day.

Love me some yard work. The results are so refreshing!
