Air Force tried an All Non White or Female pilot training class. It didn't go well.

Also, some enterprising young JAG officer pointed out a potential flaw in the program:

Having anything and intentionally keeping a specific race of people out on purpose is 100% against the law.

Your tax dollars at work. We don't need the modern equivalent of the Tuskegee airmen. We need the best qualified and trained pilots that can be found to populate the ranks of our air force.
The fact that you excluding white men from one or more training classes means that you are excluding some of the best possible pilots on a statistical basis.
Also the fact that we have a fully integrated force that trains and fights together is corroded by this exercise in wokeness.

When I was in the AF they worried and reprimanded about my hair length. Now I would be able to wear a dress.

Can we ever acknowledge that there are differences between certain backgrounds? We go through all of these charades to ignore the elephant in the room.
The Air Force is around 15% black. That's 70,000ish active duty personnel.
They don't move up the chain like whites because they aren't as good as their white counterparts.
Why don't the Pelicans have more white players?
