Birmingham
Just elevate the Barons, they already have more history than a lot of current MLB teams

San Antonio is 75 miles from Austin and bigger. San Antonio will get an MLB or NFL team before Austin, IMO
San Antonio won’t be larger for much longer. The San Antonio MSA has 2.6 million people and is growing at approximately 1.5%. Austin has 2.35 million people and is growing at a 3% rate. I suspect Austin would be the preferred choice for MLB over San Antonio.

Definitely not Nashville. There's a lot of passion that comes along being a MLB fan. Nashville is home to the most fair weathered fans out there.

Put a few walls with angel wings and a cursive Nashville neon sign in the ballpark and it'll be packed with basic white women.

I think more than likely what will happen is a team gets put between the two kind of like how the Rangers and Cowboys are in Arlington.

Nashville then Charlotte.

Nope Braves country. Any city in NC, SC, GA (obviously), AL, or MS would not succeed due to the Bravos.

Nashville would be good, but I wonder if there is enough corporate money to support 3 pro sports teams. There are enough regular fans.

A Nashville base ball team would be so awesome

The NOLA Drive-By’s kinda has a nice ring to it…

Yep, it’s becoming a 6MM population megaplex before long.

Yeah, I thought about that too. New Braunfels or San Marcos?
