Can't quite put my finger on it, but something is weird about this. I don't even recall Fox or any of its hosts discussing the Dominion or vote hacking stuff. Tucker m, Hannity, and Ingram certainly weren't.

I recall one interview Lou Dobbs had on with Sydney Powell, and she said a few things. But that is pretty much it.

If Fox is getting nailed with 3/4 billion, how is NewsMax, OAN, War Room, The Blaze, etc not getting it?

As usual, there's something else to this they aren't telling us.

Dominion is also suing oan and Newsmax.
That’s why it will go to Supreme Court IMO.

I’ve asked people to point out the specific defamatory statements and I’ve only gotten mocked.

Anyone?

Isn’t it strange how they are in seemingly none of the stories about this?

It was relentless
Tucker
Rudy
Sydney
Dobbs
Maria
Sean
And they all knew it was BS and said so off air
Except Sydney because she was raising $14m from patriot dupes

it’s because you’ve remained willfully ignorant of it. Kind of a microcosm if your entire existence here really.

Perhaps you should like, go read up on this case and make an effort to find some of the answers to your questions?

It’s not some conspiracy, you’re just choosing to not know shite about it and then crying foul about details that are readily available

It’s dominion silencing people from calling their bullshite out.

You think Kemp really did that much better than Walker in GA? Hell no. There is a reason he wouldn’t call a special legislative session in 2020 and wouldn’t allow the machines in Fulton to be audited. Not a recount. Forensic audit of the machines.

The only forensic audit performed (Northern Michigan) literally flipped a local race.

Bottom line - it's about sending a message.

Take out FOX, the titular head of 'conservative' corporate news ( ) and all other organizations will fall in line.

It's really that simple. We're under the boot of thugs and gangsters, posing as gov officials.

Good lord you say this about everything.

Throw enough bullshite suspicions against the barn wall and eventually something will stick.

Simple. Fox is in on the scam. This is for show. Sets precedent so that legitimate news reporting will look bad if they don’t cave. The evidence is everywhere. It needs to be exposed. We know the DOJ will not prosecute but the responsibility to prosecute falls to military tribunals since it was an overthrow of a the government. This should be an interesting few years. I know I’m watching. I just hope this all doesn’t get bloody or violent.

Fox has the deepest pockets of the defendants or potential defendants listed in your post. Plaintiff probably determined that it was best to line them up first to hopefully set the dominant “tone,” and furthermore to perhaps deny Fox a blueprint of their litigation strategy by having lined up a “smaller” fish first. The end result is that now the plaintiff can use this settlement to bully the others into settling because psychologically, if the big dog Fox with its endless capabilities to fight has determined that to be a bad idea, then what should the smaller fish think??

As for why Fox would choose to settle in the first place: Very generally speaking, Fox determined that due to the unfavorable sentiment towards this particular topic, that if they did elect to take it all the way to trial, the deck may well be stacked against them just enough in terms of pretrial rulings as well as concern as to whether a decent jury was possible at all - for those reasons they perhaps became fully convinced that they’d not get a truly fair trial, and the damage award from losing what might be fairly accurately described as a roll of the dice would greatly overshadow the settlement amount.

Just speculatin’ and spitballin’.

They got sued and paid the money obviously they did it.

I've heard all 3 say the election was stolen. Just running with the bullshite narrative trump had his people come up with the night he lost.

All that evidence they talked about?? Didn't exist.

Tucker did call out Powell at one point on air. I remember that but he didn't like the response he got from his fans.

Yep, the MSM member who called Arizona first is also the first to settle.

I pray the others hang on for discovery. It must go public.

FNC lawyers should have at a minimum forced Dominion to explain why several machines/servers in key swing state precincts were accessed during the election and why some databases were wiped before the two retention period expired.

They funneled some Ukraine $ to Paul Ryan and Murdoch Jr. to pay Dominion off and divert attention from the painfully obviously stolen election. All theater. "Muh settlement proves Dominion isn't corrupt and you are a far right extremist for doubting"...I wouldn't put anything past these evil politicians.

Question: how much stock does Paul Ryan own in Dominion?

IMO, Dominion is being funded by the LEFT oligarchs to make TRUMP look like a sore loser.
They have nothing to lose....now why FOX caved so quickly is another story. Maybe they are on the payroll as well?

I smell a rat.

If Fox News was in on the steal, it would make a lot of sense to “agree” to a settlement. This would instantly stop all talks of fraud as well as devalue any future claims.

I read an article earlier today that quoted five times as much as you say happened. And I remember it was almost 24/7. You are like a Holocaust denier.

How was the accusation not newsworthy?
