Their miscalculation is really hard to understand. That weird lady doing their marketing said their brand has been in decline. They probably hit their zenith back in the 'wassup' era of commercials. Since that time, a lot of other beers, especially locally made beers, have hit the market - and just about every one of them is far better than Bud or Bud Light.

I drink less than a six pack per year and when I go down the aisle, Bud products are / would be the last thing I look at. It's bad beer. That's why they are on the decline.

The answer was to make better beer, not to abandon their customer base. Honestly, I hope they go under at this point.
