They can’t charge a misdemeanor at this point, as Statute of Limitations has passed….Felony charges gave them the extra time. Another reason this is bullshite.

Our resident Progs and concerned moderates gotta be like little kids the night before Christmas morning.
I worry for their emotional well-being if at the end of the day he ends up “getting away with it” yet again.
