I like some mushrooms and garlic, me. But I’m just fine with just crawfish too.

Olives put in at the soak. You’re welcome.

Chop the top and bottom off a pineapple and poke it all over with a knife. Boil dat. Sweet, salty and spicy!

Frozen Meatballs are pretty good. I'll add those instead of sausage sometimes. I'll add at the same time as frozen corn

Remove label from can of green beans and poke a few holes in it then throw in the soak. People eat it before you can break out the forks.

Man, why all the hate for olives. I’ll admit, I was hesitant to try one at a boil, but once I did, it’s been in every boil I’ve done since.

Along with the olives and pineapple and oranges and can of greenbeans and meatballs and sausage, and cocktail weenies, and hot dogs and jalapeños, and tamales and tortellini, I like to throw in some shredded lettuce and cheddar cheese for the soak.

Like others have said, Corn, Potatoes & Mushrooms. I've been doing Sweet Potatoes for years and they are always a hit.
