I stop at every one I pass and I can tell you that I pass a lot of Buccees in my travels. Usually mosey around for an hour or so and leave with a cart full of stuff. Last week I was in the one by Birmingham ,AL a bought a bad arse western print in frame off the wall as you go into the restroom. One of those cowhide blankets, a leather wallet, some new plates, a Buccees wagon for the beach, 8 different jerky flavors, a 32 oz orange Creme soda, a brisket sandwich, beaver nuggets, a wide assortment of baked goods and candies and a lamp that looked cool.

A lot of stations seem to have this problem. You think they’re out of order or you think they’re out of gas in a particular grade?

I think it’s the shitty computerized pumps.

I miss the old flip the metal bar over and watch the analog numbers roll. Those pumps could pump some volume.

My kids got me to take their picture with it.
Did you really even stop if you don't spam friends and family with beaver selfies?

I even have a picture of my cat with it but I couldn't find it on my phone in a quick glance

They still can, but they put that smaller diameter nozzle on them and reduce the flow. The diesel pumps aren’t restricted and they fill up a vehicle in no time. Back flow a lot too if you aren’t paying attention.

Admin Chicken said to go ahead and check the reply’s on the Bucee experience and permanently ban all the down votes, since Bucees is a major sponsor of TigerRant premium

I shall buy you a beer should we ever come across each other, although that would likely be very, very awkward.

"Hey, you can check out first." "Nah, I'm good, you first." Nobody actually in the hotel, but trying to exit.

{meanwhile, everyone is looking for the shortest path to the vehicle desperately.)

Travel wipes are the bomb.

Idk my mom used to drive us 2 hours to a damn outlet mall and I got to spend time in William Sonoma and women’s clothing stores.

Give me Buccees as a kid.

How is Buccee’s gas prices? I know that QT ‘s premium octane gas and non ethanol gas is usually only 50 cents more than their regular, so I hit it up pretty often. Free air too if you need to inflate a tire that’s low. Just bring your own pressure gauge.

Interior wise, buccees and qt aren’t really comparable. QT is like a nice circle K. Buccees is damn near the size of Walmart, with above average food, an exterior display similar to Tractor Supply (fire pits, smokers, etc), pristine shitters, and more selection of snacks.

I once pulled into a Buccee's and there was a guy with a cart and cleaning supplies cleaning the gas pumps.

2 things:

1) You don't have to see the extras. I get in and out for gas quickly all the time. Just get a pump near an exit and point your car that way.

2) The people taking the 2 hour drive may have just been using it to take a half day drive. I d that using different markers occasionally. You can tell if they meandered or went straight out and back.

QT is my favorite just because there are more of them and I like to be able to minimize stops. I have no beefs with Bucee's.
