What are some causes of ED....Low T and diet. Most of America's diets are terrible and young men today have lower T levels. So as a nation we need to eat better and raise boys to be Men. I am about to turn 40 and have really had a fire lit under my arse to combat things like this. A decent diet and strength training will combat these things. T levels drop when you get older and one reason is bc you stop being as mobile or active and eat like shite. Raise your sons to be men, to be protectors, to be strong (mentally and physically) and not to wear dresses! Maybe we can buck this trend.
