MSU is shutting down campus and all activities for 48 hours

Have they not totally locked down campus? People walking around, trucks driving around, people at loading docks, etc. I know it’s a big campus, but can they not form a perimeter and shut everything down?

Seems like an odd time for a shooting on a college campus. Most would be in their dorms or at the library.

Be next to impossible at this point with the size of campus and number of students/faculty/staff vs officers.

It's supposed to be the largest campus in the country.
About like locking down a small city of 50k+ people. How do you do that?

I'm not sure why people are acting like a college campus is an enclosed mall. You know it blends into a city usually. You can step off at many locations any time, not even knowing it.

His picture is used in every major mass shooting going back to the Dylan kid in SC. It’s totally fake.

Not my job to figure it out. You would think they would have figured it out well before this. Shut down all arteries in and out, put enough LEO on campus to stop all traffic and foot traffic, and then use the QRF to clear buildings.
