But under Arizona law, deadly force is allowed on one's own property if the homeowner believes it 'immediately necessary' to prevent trespassing.

Ranch Owner Charged With Murder

This does not make sense. I have known all my life not to go on the property of another man without permission.

Of course, but don't you think killing a man for it is a little extreme unless there is some threat to your life?

I can guarantee that this isnt accurate. That means if my 81 year old neighbor cuts through my lawn on his morning walk, I can just shoot him? Gonna need to see a link to a statute.

Don’t you think someone crossing illegally into the country, especially this person who has a history of deportations, would have enough common sense to stay off someone’s property?

There is a reason for this.

State Department pays NGOs. NGOs recruit migrants. Migrants get paid a few hundred dollars. Migrants get deported or go back across the border. Rinse and repeat.

It's always about the money. If you cut off the federal government money to the NGOs the problem goes away.

And yes, the NGOs are your neighborhood Catholic Charities, Methodist Church, Baptist Church, Name-your-nondenominational Church, other "non-profits", etc. who in turn send money back to DC politician to keep the scam going. They are all participating in the scam.

Washington is corrupt to the fricking core, they are stealing our money and they hate you.

Illegal aliens pose a threat to your life imo they are foreign invaders and should be treated as such. Give this man a medal as he is doing more to defend this nation that the current administration need more like this old man. He is a damn hero

You've never heard the adage "a threat to life and property"?

Illegal Immigrants essentially have more rights in America than we do. It's ridiculous.

Humans, throughout time, bind together as a society/civilization/government for protection. Should an individual act if that government authority refuses to act to protect the nation (i.e., the reason for its formation in the first place)? Is the individual ethically or morally wrong for doing so?

My first question is how did the authorities know? Border ranchers need to start digging holes and quietly punching tickets to the train station

I bet the Grand Jury will not hear about this law from the DA presenting the evidence. Hopefully, the jurors know it before hand.

A few thousand incidents like this and the border jumping problem will resolve itself, but it’s a sad situation.

Politicians are putting American citizens in bad positions with the reckless border policies.
