Exactly. I couldn't give a shite less about anyone that doesn't have any respect for our immigration laws. I wish these people nothing but misery.

Of course, but don't you think killing a man for it is a little extreme unless there is some threat to your life?
Absolutely.
Next time some stranger is on his property he should ask him what he wants for dinner and then let him frick his daughter as a gesture of good will.

I don’t believe this is accurate.

That dude would've disappeared on my property.

The threat to your life is the scenario a few years down the road, and at that time when you are afraid to exit the house after dark those like you will be looking for someone to blame that the country descended into lawlessness. I would no bill this man.

You are welcome to disprove it. Maybe you can educate everyone.

I haven’t done much other than a Google search, which comes up empty for any such statute. However, deductive reasoning leads me to believe if any such statute existed, a First Degree murder charge with a $1,000,000 bond that the judge refused to reduce probably wouldn’t have been levied.
If anyone can provide a link to that statute, or even a website reference from a law firm discussing it, I’d love to see it. I wasn’t able to find anything.

I can guarantee that this isnt accurate. That means if my 81 year old neighbor cuts through my lawn on his morning walk, I can just shoot him? Gonna need to see a link to a statute.
The statute’s called the Left frigging America up to the point we citizens are going to have to take matters into our own hands. This is a tiny foretaste of what’s to come as they continue to steal elections

Why was an illegal there?
And if the US government did its job and kept illegals in detention until deportation this never would have happened. Joe Biden murdered an illegal is what I'm hearing.
You have never been off alone or in the middle of nowhere and the only face you see is that of a stranger that shouldn't be there it's not a warm and fuzzy feeling

The judge is obviously in favor of open borders.

Possibly. But if there were a statute on the books absolving someone from blame for killing someone to keep them from trespassing, it wouldn’t matter how liberal the judge is. The worst public defender in the universe would have had him out of jail within hours.

I tend to agree; further in the article it says:
quote:
Under Arizona law, 'a person is justified in threatening or using physical force against another when, and to the extent a reasonable person would believe that physical force is immediately necessary to protect himself against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful physical force.'
Some may think it should be legal shoot trespassers on your ranch, but it is not legal to use deadly force unless attacked.

Because they're never political?
I have no idea if the statute exists but I don't buy your reasoning.

I don't disagree and never said otherwise. I'm saying that Arizona law does not authorize deadly force to prevent trespassing, whether anyone likes it or not.

13-407. Justification; use of physical force in defense of premises
A. A person or his agent in lawful possession or control of premises is justified in threatening to use deadly physical force or in threatening or using physical force against another when and to the extent that a reasonable person would believe it immediately necessary to prevent or terminate the commission or attempted commission of a criminal trespass by the other person in or upon the premises.
B. A person may use deadly physical force under subsection A only in the defense of himself or third persons as described in sections 13-405 and 13-406.
C. In this section, "premises" means any real property and any structure, movable or immovable, permanent or temporary, adapted for both human residence and lodging whether occupied or not.
