Can't get enough of the outro to Boston's Peace of Mind.

Felder and Walsh on Hotel California just off the top of my head.

I like a lot of the stuff that Queensryche did.

Hotel California came to mind.
Detroit Rock City by KISS.

Great choice.
I'd also counter that with the Beatles "Two of Us", of which John and Paul share the lead - acoustic harmony guitar parts, while George plays the low end bass notes on a six-string Fender Telecaster.

I'd add the guitar break in "That Smell" by Skynyrd.
It starts with Gary Rossington at about the point where Van Zant is muttering “you just a fool just a fool just a fool” and ends up running into himself, repeating the same couple of notes over again and then Alan Collins eventually takes over for awhile, accompanied by Gaines, and eventually it turns into a free-for-all — all three guitarists trading licks just for the sheer fun of it, until they slide back into the main riff one last time.
And the entire guitar break only lasts for about 1:35, but it's brilliant.

Iron Maiden - Infinite Dreams has always been toward the top of my list. The harmony on the intro immediately hooked me first time I ever heard it. And the harmony on the interlude before and after the solo sealed the deal.

When I saw them in Atlanta way back when, they played the encore and had not played Hitch a Ride. I was fricking bummed. We were walking up the stairs when the lights went back out and they went into a 15 minute live version of Hitch a Ride.
Probably one of my most memorable moments of any concert at any time.
I can still hear it now and it's been 40 years.

I've always loved Duane and Dickie on the break in Blue Sky. They pass from rhythm to lead (and vice versa) so smoothly.

You know what? I never paid much attention to that, but that is really nice guitar work.
Is that Tom Scholz solely or is that him and Barry Goudreau?

Layla with Clapton and Duane Allman. A combination of the pouding rhythm guitar and the sad, wailing guitar screeching at the end is some of the best I've ever heard. I forget who played what exactly, maybe that was Duane on the "crying" guitar section.
Low key mention: Day After Day by Badfinger where Pete Ham and George Harrison duet on the slide guitar solo in the middle of the song. Very nice.

The first solo (James) in My Friend of Misery.

Duane and Clapton played the same lead, an octave apart, at the same time, through the same amp. It’s Duane’s “bird call” that you hear at the very end.
Tom Dowd, the record producer said he was amazed and said it was “two hands, one glove.” I WISH they had an album of outtakes of just those two!
The info is in a Layla wiki. On the phone, hard to link.
