Dr. Austin Brendlen Harris, 42, of Granada Hills, California, was arrested Jan. 25 in Van Nuys, California.
Harris was charged in a criminal complaint in Washington D.C. with knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds without authority, and disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds—both felonies with sentences of up to 10 years in prison. He was also charged with disorderly conduct, and parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building—both misdemeanors.

Truly 2 tiered justice. We have been forced to accept theirs and they fight ours

I hate those people. Where's the outrage from my Representatives?

Didn't one guys case get dismissed because it was proven that the cops let people in the Capitol? If that's the case shouldn't all trespassing cases be dismissed?

The NY lawyer who bombed a cop car during the BLM riots in 2020 got a year and a day in prison, while dozens of Jan 6th folks are getting exponentially higher sentences for what amounts to a trespassing charge. This country is rotten to the core.

Doctor Who Tried to Save Ashli Babbitt on Jan. 6...
Oh, never mind.

Oh, never mind.

If the area was restricted, why did Capitol Police remove barricades and wave people inside? The problem most of these people face is their choice is to accept a plea or be found guilty by a highly biased jury pool. Change of venue should have been granted.

What does it matter? It's restricted, them idiots knowingly violated the law, time to pay the price.
Don't want to go to jail, don't break the fricking law. This is shite you should have learned in elementary school.

quote:So Ashli Babbitt had a Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist immediately in attendance?
Dr. Austin Harris is a board-certified cardiothoracic anesthesiologist. He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of California Irvine (UCI), and his Cardio-Thoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship at Keck Hospital of USC. Even before beginning his private practice, Dr. Harris was finding that ketamine, a rarely used anesthetic tool, could have profoundly positive outcomes when utilized with specific patients.
This sparked his in-depth research of ketamine’s previously obscure properties, and its remarkable potential in treating patients suffering from mental health, chronic pain, and addiction struggles. Dr. Harris focused first on surgical patients presenting with unique mood, pain, and opioid dependency.
Then, after perfecting these techniques at medical offices across southern California, Dr. Harris formed NeuroRelief™ Ketamine & Infusion Therapy (Sherman Oaks, CA) to bring these successful results to the entire patient population. This much-needed service is now benefiting thousands of clients across the world.
That is one of the best equipped specialties one could have hoped for at the moment. Instead of allowing the doctor to help her, and perhaps save her life, this murderous piece of garbage yanked the physician away.

Charging the doc for trespassing like the other J6 people is one thing. But the POS cop signed Babbitt's death sentence with his actions. He should be tried as an accessory to murder.

I think some brave skilled people could act surreptitiously with only a few attention getters and these people would back TF off toot sweet. They are weak. We are basically being dominated by our hall monitors from 4th grade.

You mean law that is determined by Eric Holder? He let hundreds of law breakers do as they pleased in the Ferguson riots.
